    Grapes are harvested in the vineyards, collected in crates, and sent to the factory.

    2-INSPECTION & WEIGHING

    Grapes are weighed than inspected for foreign matters.

    3-JUICE EXTRACTION

    Grapes are washed, de-stemmed, crushed and pressed.

    4-JUICE FILTRATION

    6-FILTERING & HOT FILLING

    3-JUICE EXTRACTION

    Grapes juice is filtered by naturally being settled in refrigerated tanks.

    5-EVAPORATING & CLEARING

    Grape juice is heated up in special steam-run caldrons, cleared and evaporated to a brix of 66 for the grape syrup and 82 for molasses.

    Grapes syrup is filtered, cooled and then filled in bottles.

    Whereas the molasses are directly cooled before filling.
